It depends on the score that the student has. “Test-optional” does not mean “Test-Blind”; it simply means that if the student has a low SAT score, they are not required to submit the score. Admissions will evaluate the student’s eligibility based on other factors. However, if the student does have a high SAT score, it is best to submit the score to show aptitude.
